We are in direct contact with people about to lose their home. We help, those we can, to keep the home; however, there is a large number that are over-their-head due to circumstances like death, divorce, loss of income, etc.
For many of these people we can still help by taking the home off their hands. Foreclosure damages their credit and will hurt them for many years. With our services, we work to give them a path to recovery.

We have several avenues for income:
Making a loan to the homeowner to catch up debt. We do this with a second lien so future default puts us in position to control the house.
For the properties we contract or buy, the doors are open to flip, fix and sell, or fix and hold (rent or Contract For Deed). All options are evaluated.
At this point, being a new launch, we will be doing a lot of flips and utilizing partners as much as possible for high-equity, fix and hold positions.
As an investor, you can choose how to participate. As in most situations, the greater the involvement – the greater the returns.
