We are starting by going back to 1983, when we helped many people save their houses. We did not have our experience in real estate back then, but we did have a heart for people losing their homes.
With the current plight of the economy and the persistent rise in foreclosures being prevalent, knowing that we can help people has put us back in gear. Though, with the knowledge we have now, we could nave helped more people back then; we can’t go back. All we can do is help as many as we can now.
The Story Of The Rheagl
I am William Scherzer, and to the best of my knowledge, I am the only Rheagl in existence.
In 1982, I read a book by Scott Alexander called “Rhinoceros Success”. It is an awesome book that I recommend to everyone. It is a very entertaining approach to becoming successful by becoming a rhinoceros.
I made such a big deal of becoming a rhinoceros that my mom bought me a wooden rhinoceros to put on the dash of my car.
In 1983, I got my first new car and decided that I HAD to have ego plates for it. In working on what to put on the plate, “RHINO” would have been logical; however, I am an Eagle Scout. Since I was already an eagle, the best I could be is a rheagl – with the high goals and morals of the eagle and the thick skin and tenacity of the rhino.
Thus, the plates said “RHEAGL”, I changed the name of my company from “The Way Enterprise Systems” to “Rheagl Services Company”. Now, after forty years, Rheagl Properties, LLC is primarily the application of Rheagl Services into the world of real estate.
